decision-making and cohesion to the achievement of team and individual goals.

teams, and to strengthen managers' ability to co-operate and network with colleagues
and partner organizations.
We are frequently asked to facilitate retreats and carry out interventions
that are designed to strengthen the specific needs of teams (management and others)
at various levels of the organization. We also organise and facilitate large-group,
whole system interventions, and all-staff retreats. We strongly recommend this
