Organizational change must be seen on three levels—the level of the individual,
the team and the organization. Successful organizational change programmes address
all levels, and they do so at the surface and at deeper levels. In particular,
successful programmes examine behaviours and the mindset and culture that influence
the behaviours. Changing the organizational culture depends on staff and managers
being willing to question their habits and their underlying assumptions. It means
experimenting with new ways of working and communicating.
