It is vitally important that any leadership development or management development
programme be designed on the basis of the current context, concerns and challenges
of the organization and its managers. To be successful, the programme must be
comprehensive and integrated into other organization development efforts. We prefer
to offer our clients learning programmes, not isolated training events.
In many cases, our leadership programmes start with the senior management team
and are then adapted for the other managers and staff. In this way, we help develop
leadership and management at all levels and we facilitate the development of a
