Ensuring that the organization's human resources strategy is aligned with its
overall strategic direction is key to being able to achieve results. We work with
our client organizations in developing those strategies, and in assisting them
to develop the systems and processes which are required to support the strategy.
Our interventions include designing and administering assessment processes and
developing new performance management systems or revising existing ones to make
them more effective. We also offer client service training to human resource departments
and other service providers.
