and leaders. We use feedback to emphasize the role of personal awareness and understanding
in leadership, and we focus on the keys to managerial credibility—a sense
of direction, enthusiasm, commitment, integrity, emotional and professional competence.
We provide coaching for the team itself, focusing on the role of a senior management
team, internal relationships and working methods. We also put considerable emphasis
on developing management teams at the departmental or divisional levels.
