360-Degree Feedback and Other Instruments  

The term 360-degree feedback refers to the fact that participating managers and those around them at work provide feedback on the manager. In addition to the participating manager, respondents usually include the manager's supervisor, peers and directly reporting staff. Other staff and clients (internal and external) may also be included.

The process requires that all respondents complete a questionnaire that covers typical leadership and management behaviours. MANNET has designed 360-degree feedback processes for numerous clients. We also have our own questionnaire available in French and English which looks at both effective and ineffective practices. Our surveys are available on-line or in paper-based versions. We can also administer various other instruments and surveys designed for individual, team and organizational development.
